Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Delays

Lowxxy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lowxxy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Lowxxy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
